Bollywood actress Katrina Kaif, who usually does not like to talk about her relationship with Salman Khan, in an interview recently, showered praises on the actor saying that she’s grateful for Salman’s support that helped her to get into the industry.
"Salman had been always there, more than anything to guide because I didn't know anything about the industry,” said Katrina.
Katrina revealed that at that “time I couldn’t see myself one movie ahead, forget 15 movies ahead”. And to her utter surprise, Salman from the very beginning believed that “I will achieve this success in the industry. And at that point it was too far off."
"I think that he believed it genuinely," added Kat.
Katrina made her entry in the Bollywood in 2003 with ‘Boom’ which flopped badly. But in 2005 she worked in her first hit Hindi film “Maine Pyar Kyun Kiya” and since then there’s been no looking back.
Katrina started catching everybody’s attention with hit films like “Welcome”, “Namastey London”, “Partner”, “New York”, and “Singh Is King”.
Katrina believes destiny cannot be planned
Katrina said in her interview that she believes in destiny and no one has the power to manipulate it to get the kind of success they want.
"It's (success) destiny, no one can plan it. There are many people who are connected with the industry because of their father, mother or other family members; still they are not able to achieve what is termed as success in the industry,” said Kat.
Katrina further added that one can plan what friends to keep in the industry “but you can't plan which film would be successful.”
Katrina marrying Salman in 2 years’ time?
First time ever Katrina admitted that she’s close to Salman’s family and even mentioned that she might get married to Salman in 2 years time.
“Yes, I am very friendly to the Khan family. I think I may have just dreamt that I will be getting married to Salman in two years and hence said that. But well, on a serious note, marriage will happen, but when, that is yet not decided,” said Katrina.
