Salman Khan's 'Kick' box office collections have achieved yet another milestone!
Sajid Nadiadwala's directorial debut film, which has become box office collections highest grosser of 2014, has now beaten Shah Rukh Khan-starrer 'Chennai Express' (Rs 227.13 crore) record to become the third highest grosser of all time.

Interestingly, 'Chennai Express' recorded a stunning Rs 100.42 crore opening weekend as compared to Kick's earning of Rs 83.73 crore. But subsequent weeks and weekends saw 'Kick' taking the lead over the business of the SRK movie.
That there is still some power left in Salman Khan's 'Kick' box office collections is clear from the fact that there is a steady flow of money over the third week too.
The Salman Khan-starrer collected Rs 1.35 crore on Tuesday and Rs 1.10 crore on Wednesday, capping its domestic collections at Rs 228.08 crore in 20 days. The film had generated Rs 164.09 crore in Week 1 and Rs 51.02 crore in Week 2. While 'Kick' entered the Rs 100 core club on Day 5, it reached the Rs 200 crore mark on the 11th day.
The collections for Week 3, pegged by trade analyst Taran Adarsh, stand at: Friday Rs 1.97 crore, Saturday Rs 2.94 crore, Sunday Rs 3.92 crore, Monday Rs 1.69 crore and Tuesday Rs 1.35 crore with a grand total of Rs 226.98 crore (India).
Adarsh has also declared the film as all-time blockbuster.

Some more records are likely to fall in the near future because of never-say-die performance of 'Kick'. As far as domestic market is concerned, 'Kick' will need to add Rs 16.85 crore more to its kitty to go ahead of Hrithik Roshan's 'Krrish 3' box office collections record and Rs 56.20 crore to challenge the biggest move of them all in Bollywood, Aamir Khan-starrer 'Dhoom 3' - the going will get tough on Friday with the Independence Day (August 15) release of Ajay Devgn's 'Singham Returns', but 'Kick' is still in the running for Bollywood box office pinnacle.
‘Kick’ is produced by the Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment banner. The film is a remake of Telugu film of the same name, with a screenplay adapted by Nadiadwala and Chetan Bhagat.
'Kick' is still performing good at multiplexes
