The popular dance reality show, Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa Season 7, premiere will be a glittering extravaganza.
The show, which goes on air on June 7, will begin on a colourful note with Alia Bhatt, Varun Dhawan and last year's contestant Siddharth Shukla making an appearance along with other contestants.

Siddharth is closely associated with the show, where he was a contestant in Season 6, and was spotted by film-maker Karan Johar, who gave him a chance in the rom- com Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhaniya.
Varun, who has easily slipped into the quirkiness of the character Humpty Sharma, was at his naughtiest best on the sets of JDJ. With glamorous Alia Bhatt in tow, it was a fun-filled atmosphere on the sets. Siddharth chose to dance with Drishti Dhami, winner of Season 6, who is a co-host of the show with actor Ranvir Shorey.

Karan Johar was at his chirpiest best since three of his finds made an appearance on the show. "I feel like an excited parent. Varun and Alia started from this stage two years back with their film Student of the Year. Today, we launch the party number from our new film Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhaniya." Varun danced on the peppy party number with Alia, who came dressed in a black and white top with long black skirt." I am glad to be dancing in front of both of my directors- Remo and Karan," said Varun.
Last year's contestant Siddharth Shukla also stars in the film.
Choreographer Remo D Souza is directing Varun in his forthcoming dance film ABCD 2.
Despite being launched by Dharma Productions, Shukla will continue his association with hit shows Balika Vadhu, in which he plays Anandi's hubby. "This entire journey from Balika to Jhalak to Humpty has been a dream. I always dreamt of promoting my film through Jhalak," said Siddharth.
